Art by MoMo is a sole proprietorship operated by MoMo, an artist based in Austin, Texas. Our website is artbymomo.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@artbymomo.com.

We only collect what we need to fulfill orders and respond to your inquiries:

• Order information: name, email, shipping address, items purchased — collected when you place an order
• Payment information: card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and never touch our servers. We receive only the last 4 digits and a token for our records.
• Commission inquiries: anything you send us through our commission form or by email
• Site analytics: anonymous, aggregated traffic data (no personal identifiers)

• To process and ship your orders
• To send you receipts, shipping notifications, and digital download links
• To respond to your messages and commission requests
• To improve the site and the work we make

We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. Ever.

To run the shop, we share certain data with these trusted services. Each has its own privacy practices:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — website hosting
• Printful — fulfillment for prints and merchandise (when applicable)
• Resend — transactional emails (receipts, download links)

We use only essential cookies needed for the site and checkout to function. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we have about you
• Correct or update it
• Delete it (subject to any legal obligations like keeping order records for tax purposes)
