By using artbymomo.com or buying anything from the shop, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase anything.

Art by MoMo is a sole proprietorship operated by MoMo from Austin, Texas, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

When you purchase an original piece:

• You receive the physical piece, signed by the artist
• The artist retains the copyright and reproduction rights
• You may not reproduce, sell prints of, or commercially use the image without written permission
• Pieces ship within 3-5 business days of payment, packed flat with protective materials
• Free shipping in the US; international shipping calculated at checkout

Prints and merchandise are produced on demand by Printful, our fulfillment partner. Production typically takes 2-5 business days, plus shipping time. You purchase a license to use the print or item personally — copyright remains with the artist.

When you purchase a coloring page, you receive a high-resolution PDF for personal use. You may:

• Print as many copies as you like for yourself, family, and friends
• Color and share images of your finished work on social media (a credit to @chasingelegancebymomo is appreciated but not required)

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF file
• Use the image for commercial purposes (apparel, products for sale, etc.)
• Modify and claim as your own original work

Each download link is tied to your order and is for the purchaser only.

Commissions are accepted at the artist's discretion. A commission inquiry is not a contract — both parties agree to a final brief, timeline, and price before work begins. Deposits are typically required and are non-refundable once work has begun. The artist retains copyright unless otherwise negotiated.

For commercial use of existing works (book covers, album art, apparel, packaging, etc.), see our Licensing page or email hello@artbymomo.com. Licensing terms are negotiated individually.

All artwork, photography, written content, and site design on artbymomo.com is the property of the artist and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the artist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the site or purchased items.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the current terms.
