Refund Policy

Originals
Original pieces are one-of-a-kind and final sale. We don't accept returns or issue refunds on originals except in these cases:
- Damaged in transit: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll work with you on repair, replacement (if possible), or refund.
- Lost in transit: contact us if a package is marked delivered but missing, or if tracking goes silent for more than 14 business days.
Please look closely at photos and read descriptions before purchasing — what you see is what you get.
Prints and merchandise
Prints and merch are produced on demand and not returnable for change of mind. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Coloring pages (digital downloads)
Digital downloads are final sale. We can't refund a downloaded file. If your download link doesn't work, email us and we'll send a fresh one.
Commissions
Commission deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Refund terms for the remaining balance vary by stage of completion and are agreed at the start of each commission.
How to start a return or report an issue

- Your order number
- What happened
- Photos if applicable
We respond within 2 business days.
